Submission guidelines

Important Information

  • All Abstracts must be written in English, the official language of the symposium.

  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission form, which requires prior access to the electronic platform. The platform will be operational from January 19Th, 2026.

  • Authors are required to specify their preferred format for presentation, selecting either oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding the allocation of oral presentations and inform the corresponding authors.

  • The corresponding author, who is responsible for presenting the work, must submit the abstract to the platform for review. Any subsequent change in the presenter must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat.

  • All presenters are required to pay their own registration, accommodation, and travel expenses. The MHA2026 is unable to cover the costs of registration, travel, or accommodation for attendees.

  • No abstract book will be printed; a compilation will be available online for registered delegates.

Instructions for preparation of Abstracts

All abstracts must be in English, the official language of the conference, and submitted as a Word document (.doc or .docx).

  1. Paper Title: Format in bold and uppercase letters. Scientific names should be italicized and written in lowercase. Ensure that there are two lines of space between the title and the author(s).
  2. Author(s): The first letters of the first and last names must be capitalized. The first name should be that of the presenting/corresponding author, followed by co-author names. Use * after the presenting/corresponding author’s name. Ensure that there is one line of space between the author(s) and the affiliation.
  3. Affiliations and corresponding author email: (point 9) Please provide only the presenting/corresponding author’s email address. Please ensure there are two lines of space between the affiliation and the text.
  4. Section headings: type in bold. Ensure that there are two single lines above all section headers. The space below each section header should be half a line (or 6 pt).
  5. Text: Single spaced.
  6. Page size: A4, maximum two pages in length.
  7. Margins: left margin=3 cm; right margin=3 cm; margin top=2.5 cm; margin bottom=2.5 cm.
  8. Font: Times New Roman 10 point, with the exception of the corresponding author’s email (9 point).
  9. Figures and tables: Appropriately sized to fit within the page format and must be clearly readable.

After submission via the online form, the authors will receive a confirmation email containing an abstract identification number. This reference number should be used in all correspondence related to the submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the abs-mha2026@pacifico-meetings.com to verify the receipt.
